MULTI-STYLE TRAYS STACKING MACHINE

This is a fully automated Tray Stacking Machine for berries of various kinds. The tray size is selected from the HMI and the machine will automatically adjust the number of trays for each stack. Three stacks are created with the exact number for each stack. Each tray style has a different number of tray per stack to allow for a common box size. The operator then manually stacks the tree stacks to make one stack with the first tray on the bottom and the last tray on the top. The trays are run in batches that include numerous varying sizes and shapes.
