SEAL INSPECTION MACHINE

This machine is a fully automated Seal Inspection Machine for detecting damaged or missing seals in bottled gas tanks. There are two onboard vision systems, one for detecting orientation of the valve and the other for inspecting the internal valve seal. The machine is custom designed to install in place over the customer's existing conveyor system. Tanks are rotated to exact location for the inspection camera and tanks with missing or damaged seals are rejected and removed from the line.
