WATER FILTER ASSEMBLY LINE

This is a Robotic Assembly Line for assembling water filters. The carbon filters are assembled at a hot glue station and inspected prior to installing into the housing. The housings are placed into trays and moved down the conveyor to the Ultrasonic welding chambers for sealing. Once welding is completed the final assembly is place onto the exit conveyor. Empty trays are recycled back into the assembly convetance process.
